[Application Examples of Abnormal Sound Inspection Devices] Inspection of output sound from voice guidance equipment.

By using directional microphones and abnormal sound inspection devices, quantitative automatic inspection can be achieved!

Our "Noise Inspection Device" utilizes an inspection algorithm based on the Maharano Vista Guchi method to automatically and quantitatively inspect the quality of sound and vibration. We would like to introduce a case where the "Noise Inspection Device" was applied to inspect the output sound of a voice guidance device. In this case, the remote control with voice guidance functionality previously required an operator to listen for abnormalities, such as muffled or distorted sound due to speaker assembly issues. By using a directional microphone and this device, we can achieve quantitative automatic inspection. [Case Study] ■ Challenge - Previously, operators listened for abnormalities, such as muffled or distorted sound due to speaker assembly issues. ■ Application Results - By using a directional microphone and the noise inspection device, we can achieve quantitative automatic inspection. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Abnormal Sound Inspection Device 'DSVI-MA/MB' *Case studies are being presented.

Automate and quantify sound and vibration inspection. Replace auditory testing with simple settings. Achieve accurate inspections by eliminating disturbances with noise-canceling features!

The "DSVI-MA/MB" is an abnormal noise inspection device that automatically determines the quality of sound and vibration using an inspection algorithm based on the Mahalanobis-Taguchi method (MT method). By replacing the inspection of sound and vibration, which relied on human senses, with this device, quantitative automatic inspection is achieved. Inspection criteria can be easily created from 40 good product data points, and an immediate improvement in the accuracy and efficiency of abnormal noise inspection can be expected after implementation. The "DSVI-MB" supports up to 4 channels of input. It can determine quality from sensors located in multiple areas. Simultaneous inspection of sound and vibration, as well as vibration inspection in three axial directions, is possible. Additionally, the noise-canceling function removes disturbances such as sudden noise and constant noise, enabling accurate and stable inspections. ★ A collection of case studies is currently being offered. Please refer to the basic information section for details. 【Features】 ■ Easy creation of inspection criteria, ready for immediate use ■ Space-saving design equipped with all necessary functions for inspection ■ Frequency analysis can be performed on-site at the time of measurement ■ Mounting fixtures for acceleration sensors are also available (optional) * You can view the catalog and case studies via "PDF Download." Please feel free to contact us for inquiries.
